Application for the relief sought was made by the Applicant in a manner consistent with the requirements of the City's Land Development Regulations. 2. DEPARTMENTS INCLUDE REJECT PUBLIC WORKS - General Comments: !. Prior to permit application contacllhe Public Works Department (561-742- X 6200) regarding the slorage and handling of refuse per the CODE, Section 10-26 (a). 2. Provide a roll-out area for Buildings I and 2 along the main east-west X roadway to eliminate the need for solid waste to access the dead-end roads in front of those buildings, 3. Provide an area for recycling and bulk waste pickup. X 4, Delete dumpster enclosure by Building 2, X PUBLIC WORKS - Traffic -- ~_._--- Comments: 5, The turning movement necessary to gain access 10 Unit 4 (Building I) is X virtually impossible to make in a single movement.
