A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THECITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
ADOPTING A FINAL BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL
YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 2007, AND ENDING
SEPTEMBER 30, 2008; PROVIDING FOR
SEVERABILITY, CONFLICTS, AND AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, a tentative budget was prepared by the City Manager estimating
expenditures and revenues of the City of Boynton Beach for the fiscal year 2007-2008; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has made recommendations as to the amount
necessary to be appropriated for fiscal year 2007-2008; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission has conducted the public hearings to considered
the final budget necessary to be levied to carry on the government of the City for fiscal year
2007-2008.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1.
The foregoing "Whereas" clauses are hereby ratified and confirmed as
19 being true and correct and are hereby made a specific part of this Resolution upon adoption

Section 2.
The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, hereby
adopts a final budget, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit "A", for the fiscal year
beginning October 1, 2007, and ending September 30, 2008 in the amount of

All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict herewith are hereby

repealed to the extent of such conflict.

This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage.
