Environmental Design (CPTED).
This proposed section will ultimately replace and enhance
portions of the current LDR Part III, Chapter 2 (Zoning),
Sections 4,6, 11, 13, 14, 17, and 19; and Chapter 6, Article IV,
Section 8 (Seawalls, Bulkheads, Piers, and Docks).
