A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING
THE REDUCTION OF SURETY TO $29,328.55 FOR THE
ISLES AT HUNTERS RUN PUD TO HOME DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATION OF SOUTH FLORIDA; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, staff has verified the status of completion of the
required site improvements on the above property; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, upon recommendation of staff, hereby authorizes reduction
of surety to $29,328.55 to Home Development Corporation of South
Florida conditioned upon submission to the City of a replacement
Letter of Credit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA TF~AT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, hereby authorizes reduction of surety to $29,328.55 to
Home Development Corporation of South Florida conditioned upon
submission to the City of a replacement Letter of Credit.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon passage.

ENGINEER'S CERTIFICATION
As a registered engineer in the State of Florida, to the best of my knowledge,
information, and belief, it is my professional opinion that with the exception of those
items specifically addressed below, the subdivision required improvements for THE
ISLES AT HUNTERS RUN, based on field reviews under my responsible charge, have
been constructed in substantial accordance with the approved construction plans and
all laws, regulations, codes, etc. including, but not limited to Chapter 6, Article V of
the City of Boynton Beach Land Development Regulations, in effect on the date of
plan approval. Copies of measurements and tests made on the work and materials for
those portions of the project covered by this certification are included in this submittal.
In my professional opinion, the deviations, if any, noted will not impair the intended
functioning of the required improvement. Attachments to this completion statement
are as follow:

Please be advised that this office has no objection to reducing the surety required
for the water and sewer systems on this project, down to a level of 5 % of the
original required amount. This surety shall remain in effect for the 1-year
warranty period.

S-96194 in favor of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida ("City") for
the account of Home Development of Hunters Hun, .Ltd. (the
"Developer") up to an aggregate amount of Four Hundred Twelve
Thousand One Hundred Eighty One Dollars and Fifty Five Cents
(US$412,181.55) effective as of this date.
Funds under this Letter of Credit are available to the City against
the City's draft(s) at sight drawn on us together with a sworn
statement purportedly signed by the Finance Director, City of Bo~nton~-~
Beach, reading exactly as follows:
"Home Development of Hunters Hun, Ltd. has failed to complete---
improvement as shown in construction plans prepared by Lawson,
Noble & Webb, Inc. identified as The Isles at Hunters Run- Plat
The Isles at Hunters Run (File No. A013) Paving and Drainage'
Containing Sheet Nos. 1 of 8 thru 8 of 8 and Water & Sewer
Containing Pages 1 of 11 thru 11 of 11 and the City of BOFnton
Beach demands payment of USS , which a~ount is 'the

BoFnton Beach will return any portion of such funds drawn and
not expended in completion of the work called for"
Draft(s) and documents must be presented on or before August 27,
1997.
Each sight draft drawn under this credit must be marked on the face
"Drawn under Letter of Credit No. S-96194 of County National Bank of
South Florida, dated August 27, 1996".
Multiple drawings may be made hereunder, provided that drawings
hereunder shall not exceed the aggregate amount of Four Hundred
Twelve Thousand One Hundred Eighty One Dollars and Fifty Five Cents
(US$412,181.55).

This Letter of Credit shall be renewed for successive period of one
(1) year each unless we provld~ the
