A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING
AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE A SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED FROM THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH TO FREDERICK LAMAR
WILSON, JR., AS PART OF THE CITY'S IN-FILL
CONSTRUCTION PROGRAM; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City is currently engaged in an in-fill construction program
geared at improving certain areas of the community; and
WHEREAS, the City of Boynton Beach is the owner of certain property located
within the targeted in-fill area, more particularly described as Lot 18, Block 43, Rolling
Green Ridge, Second Addition;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CiTY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, hereby
authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a Special Warranty Deed, conveying
property within the City's targeted in-fill program area to Frederick Lamar Wilson, Jr.,
a copy of said Deed being attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
Section 2. ThiS Resolution shall take effect immediately upon passage.
