After further discussion, it was decided not to have a pre-registration form on the flyer. The next matter to be discussed was whether or not to serve refreshments and what kinds. Mr. Fisher stated if it looked like there were not enough refreshments, some one could run out to Costco and purchase some more refreshments. Ms. Mingo-McCoy suggested door prizes. Mr. Hawkins stated that he has considered asking if they would move to another location or cancel their activity. However, Mr. Hawkins doubted they would agree to either of these suggestions. Mr. Hawkins stated that the Hester Center could be looked at again, since it was ruled out originally as the job fair site. Mr. Hawkins stated that the Hester Center is large enough and could accommodate the job fair. Mr. Fisher suggested the Library for the second Saturday.
