A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AN LEASE/PURCHASE
AGREEMENT FOR PURCHASE OF A TREADMILL
FOR THE CITY GYM BETWEEN THE CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH (FITNESS CENTER) AND
ASSOCIATES COMMERCIAL CORPORATION; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City of Boynton Beach through the Fitness Center facilitators
has entered into an agreement with Associates Commercial Corporation for the
Lease/Purchase of a treadmill for the City gym; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida
does hereby authorize and direct the Mayor and City Clerk to enter into an
Lease/Purchase Agreement between the City of Boynton Beach and Associates
Commercial Corporation,for the purchase of a treadmill for the City gym, said
Agreement being attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
Section 2. This Resolution will become effective immediately upon
passage.
