A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING
THE FULL RELEASE OF THE SURETY BOND IN THE
AMOUNT OF $200,869.00 TO YACHT CLUB AT
HYPOLUXO; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the developer of the Yacht Club at Hypoluxo, through Relieance
Insurance Company, placed a surety bond with the City at the commencement of
the sewer improvements to this site; and
WHEREAS, the developer has fully completed the work, and has provided
the City a Bill of Sale, Easements and a one-year warranty and Warranty Deed for
the lift station site;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida
hereby authoriZes the full release of the surety bond in the amount of $200,869.00
to the Yacht Club at Hypoluxo.
Section 2.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION O~ THE CITY
OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA CONCERNING A PROPOSAL
OF WILLIAM R. HOUGH & CO. AND RAYMOND JAMES &
ASSOCIATES, INC.-RELATING TO THE CITY'S UTILITY
SYSTEM REVENUE BONDS; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City of Boynton Beach, Florida (the "Issuer") has
received a proposal from William R. Hough ~ Co. and Raymond James
& Associates, Inc. (the "Underwriters") concerning the
Underwriters' "Balance Sheet Management Program" relating to the
Issuer's Utility System Revenue Bonds; and
WHEREAS', the Issuer wishes to authorize the City Manager and
other staff of the City and bond counsel of the City to begin
implementation of the "Balance Sheet Management Program;"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
Section 1. The City Manager, City staff and bond counsel are
hereby authorized and directed to begin preparation of necesary
documentation and to take all other steps necessary to implement
the "Balance Sheet Management Program" presented to the City by
the Underwriters and at the a~propriate time to present to the
City Commission an appropriate resolution authorizing the
implementation of the pro,ram.
