R96-029RESOLUTION NO. R96-~ A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE REDUCTION OF SURETY TO $374,102.97 FOR NAUTICA PUD PLAT 1 TO G.L. HOMES OF BOYNTON BEACH ASSOCIATES, LTD.; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, staff has verified the status of completion of the required site improvements on the above property; and WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, upon recommendation of staff, hereby authorizes reduction of surety to $374,102.97 to G.L. Homes of Boynton Beach Associates, Ltd. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA THAT: Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, hereby authorizes reduction of surety to the amount of $347,102.97 to G.L. Homes of Boynton Beach Associates, Ltd. Section 2. ENGINEERS · PLANNERS '" SURVEYORS ENGINEER'S CERTIFICATION As a registered engineer in the State of Florida, to the best of my knowledge, information, and belief, it is my professional opinion that with the exception of those items specifically addressed below, the subdivision required improvements for NAUTICA PLAT ONE, based on field reviews under my responsible charge, have been constructed in substantial accordance with the approved constructiOn plans and all laws, regulations, codes, etc. including, but not limited to Chapter 6, Article V of the City of Boynton Beach Land Development Regulations, in effect on the date of plan approval. Copies of measurements and tests made on the work and materials for those portions of the project covered by this certification, along with a "Record Drawing" copy of each of the construction plans on a high quality, time-stable, reproducible mylar, showing the original design in comparison to the actual finished work with all material deviations noted thereon have been previously submitted.
