R95-/,~'J~ A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CITY 'CLERK TO EXECUTE SPECIAL WARRANTY DEEDS FROM THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, AS HEREINAFTER SET OUT, AS PART OF THE CITY'S IN-FILL CONSTRUCTION PROGRAM; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the City is currently engaged in an in-fill construction program geared at improving certain areas of the community; and WHEREAS, the City of Boynton Beach is the owner of certain property located within the targeted in-fill area, more particularly described in the Special Warranty Deeds attached hereto as composite Exhibit "A"; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA THAT: ~ The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, hereby authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute three (3)) Special Warranty Deeds, conveying property Within the City's targeted in-fill program area to the following: Addition; Marilyn Roberts - Lot 20, Block 43 of Rolling Green Ridge Second B. Lizzie and Roosevelt Sherman - Lot 9, plus west 21.5 feet of lot 8, of Happy Home Heights Subdivision; C. Brenda Clay - Lot 49, of Ridgewood Hills Subdivision.
