Msmo from Peter L. Cheney, City Manager,
dated November 7, 1983
This memo concerns the above referenced subject matter.
As discussed in paragraph 2 of Mr. Cheney's memorandum, I am in agree-
ment that the correction may be made without .further Council action
as the same would appear to be a scrivener's error.

MEMORANDUM
November 7, 1983
TO:
Betty Boroni, City Clerk
FROM:
Peter L. Cheney, City Manager
SUBJECT:
Ordinances 83-32 & 83-33
The inf~ation contained in the memorandum~to you from Bud
Howell on 10/27/83, and to me from Bud Howell on 11/1/83 has
been discussed with the City Attorney and the respOnse is as
follows: '
Ordinance 83-33 was amended to read that re-inspection
fees will be $13.00. This should stay as it was adopted
in Ordinance 83-33 since $13.00 is about a 3~ increase
over the previous rate of $10.00
~-~ z~zorma~czon contained in Ordinance. 83-32 as adopted
is clearly a scribener's error si~be all of the other
figures were increased by the predetermined 30% and the $511.00
printed in the Ordinance 83-32~did not reflect the 30%; there-
fore, that figure can be changed to $662.00 without readoption
by the City Council.
