A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH AND
AERIAL DATA REDUCTION ASSOC., INC.,
PROVIDING FOR AUTOMATED DESIGN MAPPING
SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROJECT
DESIGNATED AERIAL MAPPING FOR WATER,
SEWER AND STORMWATER, PHASE IV; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City has previously obtained aerial
photogrammetric maps from Aerial Data Reduction Associates,
Inc., (ADR) for the entire area within the city limits east of
Congress Avenue, and also for the commercial parcels adjoining
the west side of Congress Avenue, including the Boynton Beach
Mall; and
WHEREAS, the previous phases, as well as this one,
involved a cost ~haring arrangement with the Property
Appraiser's Office for Palm Beach County; and
WHEREAS, the maps obtained in this phase will update our
utility system maps for water and sewer, compile information
on stormwater systems, and also benefit the City by providing
detailed maps on some of the areas recently annexed, as well
as those which may be annexed in the future.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:

Inc., providing for automated design mapping services in
connection with the project designated aerial mapping for

THIS AGREEMENT is entered into between the City of Boynton Beach
hereinafter referred to as "the City", and Aerial Data Reduction Ass¢

mutual benefits, terms, and conditions hereinafter specified.

The consultant may submit vouchers to the City once per
month during the progress of the work for partial paymel
for project completed to date. Such vouchers will be
checked by the City, and upon approval thereof, payment
be made to the Consultant in the amount approved.
Final payment of any balance due the Consultant of the
contract price earned will be made promptly upon its
ascertainment and verification by the City after the
completion of the work under this agreement and its
acceptance by the City.
Payment as provided in this section shall be full
compensation for work performed, services rendered and ~
all materials, supplies, equipment and incidentals nece~
to complete the work. ~
