A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A SPECIAL WARRANTY
DEED CONVEYING CITY OWNED PROPERTY TO
MARK E. LEWIS AND YVONNE M. LEWIS, HIS
WIFE, AS PARTICIPANTS IN THE CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH IN-FILL HOUSING PROGRAM;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City, through its Community Redevelopment
Department has been actively involved in an in-fill housing
program; and
WHEREAS, these participants in the program are rady to
begin consstruction of a new home;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
~ The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized to execute a Special Warranty Deed, conveying city
owned property to Mark E. Lewis and Yvonne M. Lewis, his wife,
as participants in the City of Boynton Beach, Florida in-fill
housing program.

THIS INDENTURE, made this ×~ day of November, 1994, between THE CITY
OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, a municipal corporation, (hereinafter referred to as
"Grantor") to MARK E. LEWIS and YVONNE M. LEWIS, his Wife, whose address
is 6446 Seminole Circle, Lantana, Florida 33462
(hereinafter referred to as "Grantee").
WITN ES ETH:
That said Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN ($10.00) DOLLARS,
and other good and valuable considerations to Grantor in hand paid by Grantee, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold to the Grantee,
and Grantee's heirs and assigns forever, the following described land, situate, lying and
being in Palm Beach County, Florida, to wit.'
See Attached Exhibit "A".
Grantor does hereby warrant title to the land, and will defend the same against the
lawful claims of all persons claiming by, through, or under the Grantor, but against none
other.

GRANTEE covenants that the real property conveyed by this instrument must be
used to benefit Iow and moderate income persons and/or families, as those terms are
defined by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and Palm Beach
County, for a period of twenty (20) years from the date hereof. In the event of a breach of
this covenant, title sh~ll revert, to GRANTOR.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantor has caused this Deed to be executed by its duly
authorized officer the day and year first above written.
