Identification In order to properly identify documents drafted and completed by your department, all documents, maps, charts, graphs, worksheets, etc. shall carry a date (month/year)
at the bottom corner of the page. The reason for this directive is simply that it provides a formal reference as to when said document was drafted and completed. Amendments, and/or revisions
