Format All memorandums developed and written on a subject, especially should the memorandum be routed to the City Commission as an agenda item on a regular business meeting, shall be
organized and arranged (format) to include at minimum the following components in listed order: -Introduction/History -Description/Problem -Alternatives/Action(s) Requested -Conclusion/Recommendation
It is not necessary to specifically list each component as long as the content of the memorandum "flows smoothly" and "covers the bases". EFFECTIVE DATE: November 28, 1990 J. Scott Miller
