Stock Orders PURPOSE The purpose of the attached Warehouse Stock Order Form and related Issue Slip is to ensure proper material control accountability, accurate processing, and prompt
delivery of stocked items to requesting departments. REQUISITION PROCEDURES FOR STOCKED ITEMS 1. Departments must submit a completed H.T.E. stock requisition for all stock items requisitioned
for delivery. 2. All stock requisitions must be approved by department heads. Warehouse orders that are not approved will not be filled. 3. All stocked items are listed in the Warehouse
catalog. The catalog is maintained by the Warehouse Division and is updated daily. It can be found under Outlook Public Folders Warehouse. It is broken into section for departments.
4. Department Directors must approve all Warehouse Stock Orders in order to maintain accountability, budgetary control and accuracy. Those designated in writing as acting department
