City Hall Complex PURPOSE AND SCOPE: To establish guidelines for parking City owned vehicles and employee privately owned vehicles at City Hall. PROCEDURE: FRONT PARKING LOT OF CITY
HALL: No City employee privately owned vehicle is to be parked in the front parking lot of City Hall during business hours (8:00 a.m. -5:00 p.m.) Monday thru Friday. Exception: City
employees reporting to work at 4:00 p.m. or 12:00 a.m. No City owned vehicles are to park in the front parking lot of City Hall during business hours (8:00 a.m. -5:00 p.m.) Monday thru
Friday. A City owned vehicle that needs to unload supplies should -park in the loading zone space only. Exception: Department of Development inspectors may park vehicles in front of
the west wing between 7:30 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. only, Monday thru Friday. Employees may park privately owned and City owned vehicles in the school parking lot. PARKING GARAGE: The parking
garage is primarily for City employees to park their privately owned vehicles. No City owned vehicles should be parked in the garage. Exception: Ground level two (2) adjacent to the
Police Department is reserved for police vehicles and five (5) spaces in the underground (basement) level one (1) will be reserved for police vehicles. City employees doing repairs or
short term loading/unloading may place their vehicles in the garage only on this temporary basis. City owned vehicles should primarily be parked in the City lot located between East
Ocean Avenue and N.E. 1st Avenue, the City lot across from City Hall behind the school, and the City lot at the southeast corner of East Ocean Avenue and S. Seacrest Boulevard. EFFECTIVE
