The Board (Committee) may only conduct public business after a quorum has been established. If no
quorum is established within twenty minutes of the noticed start time of the meeting the City Clerk or her
designee will so note the failure to establish a quorum and the meeting shall be concluded. Board
members may not participate further even when purportedly acting in an informal capacity.

Good morning Ed:
'The CRA used to have a Residential Improvement Grant program for income eligible
households but it was not funded in 2010-2011 and is not being recommended for next
year.
'The CRA is continuing to serve the commercial properties with our Fayade, Interior Build-
out, Signage and Rent Subsidy grants and will recommend to the Board to fund those again
next year but with reduced grant amounts.

HISTORIC PRESERV A TION PUBLIC EDUCATION GRANT
. Requested $2,000 from the National Trust & $2,000 match from BB Historical Society.
. Awarded $1,100 from National Trust. BB Historical Society agreed to $1,500 match, for
a total budget of $2,600.
. National Trust grant award to cover expenses associated with printed information, but
will not cover postage costs. No restriction on BB Historical Society.
. Expenditures to date:
· $85.00 - for 1,500 envelops (1,500 will accommodate one (1) mailing).
. $101.10 - for PBC Property Appraiser mailing list and labels (will
accommodate two (2) mailings).
. $389.00 - for 5,000 tri-fold color brochures (proposed for one mailing and
distribution at various City facilities).
$575.10 - Total to date.
