R94-,/~.~ A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A QUIT CLAIM DEED FROM THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH TO BOYNTON NURSERIES, FOR A TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, upon recommendation of staff, has determined that the construction has been completed an d the City has no further need for this temporary construction easement; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT: .S..e.6Eo. D_~ The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida hereby authorizes and directs the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a Quit Claim Deed from the City of Boynton Beach, Florida to Boynton Nurseries, which terminates the temporary construction easement, a copy of said Deed being attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
