A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING
AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE A QUIT CLAIM DEED FROM THE CITY
OF BOYNTON BEACH TO BOYNTON NURSERIES, FOR
A TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, upon
recommendation of staff, has determined that the construction has been completed an d
the City has no further need for this temporary construction easement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
.S..e.6Eo. D_~ The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida hereby
authorizes and directs the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a Quit Claim Deed from the
City of Boynton Beach, Florida to Boynton Nurseries, which terminates the temporary
construction easement, a copy of said Deed being attached hereto as Exhibit "A".

Witnesseth that said first party, for and in consideration of the sum of $1.00 and other good
and valuable considerations to said grantor in hand paid by said second party, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, does hereby remise, release and quit-claim unto the said second party
forever, ail the right, rifle, interest, claim and demand which the said first party has in and to the
following described lot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and bein in the County of Palm Beach,
State of Florida, to-wit:
