Catherine From: Breese, Ed Sent: Tuesday, July 19, 201112:11 PM To: Cherry-Guberman, Catherine Subject: RE: Minutes of the July 11, 2011 Historic Preservation Ad Hoc Committee Catherine, Nice job of summarizing the meeting, especially with the number of people speaking at one time. There are a couple of items I would like to correct however. In the paragraph above the motion on page 6, on line 3, the $2,600 figure should be approximately $1,600 (as the total grant amount was $2,600('on line 6 of that same paragraph, the $2,000 figure should be approximately $1,000 and the $2,600 should be $1,600. At the end of that paragraph, August 25 should be 20. Lastly, on the final page, under Staff Comments, the City Commission should be the Human Resources Department. Again, nice job.
