A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING
AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE A SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED CONVEYING
CITY OWNED PROPERTY TO LANINA C. LAWSON, FOR
NEW HOME CONSTRUCTION AS A PARTICIPANT IN
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH IN-FILL HOUSING
PROGRAM; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, through its Community
Redevelopment Department, has been actively involved in an in-fill housing program;
and
WHEREAS, this participant in the program is ready to begin construction of a
new home;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1, The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a
Special Warranty Deed, conveying City owner property to Lanina C. Lawson for new
home construction as a participant in the City of Boynton Beach in-fill housing program,
a copy of which Deed is attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
