R94-~ A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE THREE SPECIAL WARRANTY DEEDS CONVEYING CITY OWNED PROPERTY TO ELOUISE PRINCE JONES, CORETTA D. NEWTON AND BRENDA PETERSON FOR NEW HOME CONSTRUCTION AS PARTICIPANTS IN THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH IN-FILL HOUSING PROGRAM; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the City of Boynton Beach, through its Community Redevelopment Department, has been actively involved in an in- fill housing program; and WHEREAS, there are now three participants in said program ready to begin construction of new homes; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT: Section 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute three Special Warranty Deeds conveying City-owned property to Elouise Prince Jones, Coretta D. Newton and Brenda Peterson for new home construction as participants in the City of Boynton Beach in-fill housing program, copies of which Deeds are attached hereto as composite Exhibit "A". Section 2. That this Resolution effective immediately upon passage. shall become PASSED AND ADOPTED this J day of Z~ , 1994.
