Mayor Harmening called this special meeting to order at 7:00 P.M.
to discuss an emergency ordinance pertaining to water usage.
The City Attorney submitted a proposed ordinance amending
Emergency Ordinance No. 81-14 by curtailing the use of water
b.y 25%, changing the hours of usage from 4:00'to 6!:00~A.M. to
6:00 to 9:00 A.M. and granting authority to the City Manager
to adjust water use regulations until the next meeting of
Council if additional water use restrictions are imposed by
the South Florida Management District.
The City Manager presented the following report on water usage:

Councilman deLong moved to adopt Emergency Ordinance No. 81-15.
Motion seconded by Vice Mayor Trauger. A roll call vote was
