Courtney Cain, Code Officer, reviewed the details of the violations as contained on the staff report. The case arose as a citizen compliant. The initial inspection date was March 2, 2010. Written notice was issued giving 10 days. The property was posted on April 1, 2010 James Kassat, Marshall C. Watson, PA, 1800 NW 49th Street, Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, representing the Bank pled no contest and requested 15 days.
