December 2012 through May 2013.
City Library 2nd floor, 208 South Seacrest Boulevard
Collaborate an exhibit with the Plein -Air artists that will tie into the City's new brand
Promise and statement, 'Breeze into Boynton Beach, America's Gateway to the
Gulfstream. "
August - November Plein -Air artists create paintings that speak to the City's Brand
Promise statement and tagline.
Following targeted dates and locations:
Thursday, August 23 - Plein -Air painting at Arts District Art Walk 6 - 8pm, 422 West
Industrial Avenue.
Friday, September 14 - Plein -Air printing at Oceanfront Park (City Beach) 7 - 10am
(provide entrance passes)
Sunday, October 7 - "Golden: A Celebration" (1 year Anniversary) Plein -Air painting at
the Arts District
Saturday, October 27 and Sunday, October 28 Haunted Pirate Festival Ocean Avenue
Friday, November 23 (black Friday) Renaissance Commons, 9 - 11 am (SE Corner
Gateway Blvd. & Congress Ave.)
Exhibit Plein -Air artist paintings created in above locations plus previously created
paintings created at Boynton Inlet, Mangrove Park, Boynton Harbor Marina, Green Cay
Preserve and Arthur Marshall Loxahatchee Preserve Park in a six month exhibit called
"Breeze into Boynton... Plein -Air Exhibit"
Thursday, December 15, 6 - 8pm Library program room Plein -Air presentation" by
Ralph Papa with announcement of exhibit and silent auction followed by artist
reception on 2nd floor.
Thursday, April 11, 2013, 6 - 8pm exhibit auction announced followed by artist
reception on 2nd floor.
Exhibit program information can publish on all web sites, social media, press releases
of all organizations involved in program.
