Dunng our meeting yesterday, you asked me if it was permissible to have two Campaign Treasurers The
answer is it is fine to have a Campaign Treasurer and a Deputy Campaign Treasurer Only one of the
treasurers would be permitted, at any one time, to sign the Campaign Report along with the candidate.
Also, the District III map was corrected yesterday afternoon and you can pick it up whenever you have a
minute.

December 31, 2012, you are required to submit a Campaign Treasurer's Report that is
due in my office by the close of business at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, January
10, 2013. The Report Code for the report would be "Q4" and it covers the period
10/01/2012 through 12/31/2012. If you have opened your account but not
collected any funds, you must submit a "Waiver of Report ".
I am out of the office on vacation and will return on Monday, January 7th. If you have
