R94-032RESOLUTION NO. R94~ A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, ACCEPTING A DEED FROM PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA FOR LOTS 16 AND 17 OF HILLTOP VILLAGE (SARA SIMS PARK); AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, in 1979, the City o~ Boynton Beach and Palm Beach County's HCD Division were involved in the development of Sara Sims Park; and WHEREAS, two particular Lots, 16 and 17 of Hilltop Village were purchase from Alfred Smith and incorporated into what is now Boynton Beach's Sara Sims Park; and WHEREAS, Lots 16 and 17 of Hilltop Village remain in the inventory of Palm Beach County, and were inadvertently never deeded to the City of Boynton Beach; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT: Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida hereby accepts a Deed from Palm Beach County, Florida for Lots 16 and 17 of Hilltop Village (Sara Sims Park), which Deed is attached hereto as Exhibit "A". Section 2. That this Resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage. PASSED AND ADOPTED this / day of March, 1994.
