Dear Commissioner Taylor:
Please consider this a reminder that if you opened a Campaign Account prior to
December 31, 2012, you are required to submit a Campaign Treasurer's Report that is
due in my office by the close of business at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, January
10, 2013. The Report Code for the report would be "Q4" and it covers the period
10/01/2012 through 12/31/2012. If you have opened your account but not
collected any funds, you must submit a "Waiver of Report ".
I am out of the office on vacation and will return on Monday, January 7 If you have
any questions, please feel free to contact me at that time.

Please be advised that in accordance with FS 106.141(1), you are required to submit
your termination report for your campaign account within 90 days of the election. That
termination report is due in my office no later than 6:00 a.m. on Monday, June 10,
2013. I have included a copy of FS 106.141 — Disposition of Surplus Funds by
Candidates for your information. I have also included a copy of an Office Account
Report in the event you decide to maintain an Office Account. If you open an Office
Account, please be advised that you will follow the quarterly reporting schedule and
your first report will be due in my office before the close of business at 6:00 p.m. on
Monday, July 8, 2013.
