and the centerline of the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) Railroad Corridor (Tri -Rail)
(a.k.a. CSX Railroad); thence run westerly along the centerline of Boynton Beach Boulevard to the
centerline intersection of NW 8th Street and the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence run southerly along
the centerline of NW 8th Street and SW 8th Street to the centerline of Purple Heart Way (f.k.a Morton's

East Ocean Avenue to the centerline of Federal Highway (U.S. 1); thence run northerly along, the
centerline of Federal Highway to the centerline of Boynton Beach Boulevard; thence run westerly along
the centerline of said Boynton Beach Boulevard to the POINT OF BEGINNING.

parallel line to a point approximately 1,950 feet south of the centerline of said Hypoluxo Road, thence
run easterly to the centerline of said FDOT Railroad Corridor; thence run southerly along the centerline
of said FDOT Railroad Corridor to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
