Dear Advisory Board Member:
We appreciate your participation in our Boynton Beach government advisory board
program and request your assistance. There are currently 15 advisory boards and
committees providing input and recommendation to the Boynton Beach City
Commissioners. Some are relatively new boards and others have been in existence for
many years.
The Boynton Beach City Commission is considering reducing the overall number of
advisory boards and exploring alternative methods of civic engagement. The following
questionnaire will help determine which, if any, advisory boards may be considered for
sunsetting or consolidation.
Please take a moment to respond to each question and, if you wish, provide comments
and suggestions. If you serve on more than one advisory board, please copy the
questionnaire and return a separate completed form for each board.
To ensure confidentiality, please do not give your name or address. Simply complete
the form and return it in the self- addressed envelope by May 22, 2013.
Thank you very much in advance for your assistance.
Sincerely,
Carisse LeJeune, Assistant City Manager
