locations.

The steps depicted leading into the first floor restaurants from

the plaza area should be elongated to extend immediately
adjacent to the ramp leading into the main structure and
made more prominent with larger landings and outdoor
seating added in a terraced effect, with foundation plantings
around the base and planters on the top level.
