Brad Jernigan online sales
Dear Debby:
It has now been established that Brad Jernigan is a secondary market artist which usually occurs
after the death of an artist or if an artist is very successful while still alive. Secondary market basically
means that the work of the artist is now being sold at art auctions of site which cater to the sale of the
work of secondary market artist. In the case of Brad Jernigan's a suggestion on how to market the
collection the City now owes would be to list the work on Art Brokerage. I would suggest listing six
painting to start off with and measure the response from those listing. I would list them with a photo of
the painting and a paragraph describing the piece. Art Brokerage will take 25% of the purchase piece
upon the sale of a painting and I would take 10% for handling the transactions. Art brokerage will pay
the shipping in the event of a sale, the City would pay for boxing the piece which I will handle for you.
the listing cost is $50.00 per item in which case listing six pieces would cost $300. I have all the
images and information on the work as I appraised this collection.
Sincere regards,
Richard Beau Lieu
Director /Fine Art Appraiser Attached are three image of paintings I suggest
for listing on Art Brokerage. Because the size of

Boynton Beach, FL 33426 go forward with the listings, let me know and I
561 - 736 -8181 will send an invoice.
Myrna Jarit submitted her artwork, Tango for selection consideration for the Avenue of
the Arts program. Her artwork was not selected. She was still interested in having her
artwork on exhibit in the City. Recommendation is to accept her offer to loan her
artwork to exhibit in City Hall for a duration of 6 months to one year. There would be no
costs incur to the City's AIPP program and once the Kinetic Artwork "Flyers" was
removed there would be room for the sculpture to be exhibit in City Hall.
