A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A TEMPORARY STORAGE
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH AND BELL SOUTH MOBILITY; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida, upon recommendation of staff, has deemed it to
be in the best interests of the citizens and residents of the
City of Boynton Beach, Florida to execute a Temporary Storage
Agreement between the City of Boynton Beach and Bell South
M~bility for a temporary ~ck-up radio system.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF~BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized to execute a Temporary Storage Agreement between
the' City of Boynton Beach and Bell South Mobility, attached
hereto as Exhibit "A"
Section 2. That this Resolution
effective immediately upon passage.

RE: Temporary Storage Agreement
Dear Hugh:
As a follow up to our conversation, please let this letter serve to outline the terms and conditions
as it relates to the above referenced.
BellSouth Mobility will afford The City of Boynton Beach the ability to store 1-800Mhz
transmatter in our room situated at 1620 S. Seacrest Blvd. Boynton Beach, Florida on a temporary
basis. In addition, The City of Boymon Beach, without liability of any kind to BellSouth
Mobility, may commence work only after BellSouth Mobility has approved all installation
techniques and materials, including grounding methods. Further, twenty-four (24) hour notice
mgatn access will be required unless an emergency outage situation arises. Notwithstanding the
foregoing, alt accompanied access to the space will be limited to Motorola employees
commzssioned by The City of Boynton Beach for the purposes of inspections and related issues.
Finally, BellSouth Mobility reserves the exclusive right to terminate this temporary agreement
with or without cause and with no further liability.
