Trim overgrown vegetation. Ms, Springer presented the case. The Notice of Violation was sent on September 29, 2011. This case came before the Board on December 21, 2011 and no one appeared. The compliance date set by the Board was December 31, 2011 or a fine of $200 per day. This case was in compliance on July 9, 2013 for 555 days of non-compliance. The total amount of the lien is $111,000 with administrative costs of $634.12. Cyndi Michie of Nautica Realty stated it was registered in June 2013 and the overgrowth violation was handled at the same time. Remove trash and debris from property. Maintain dumpsters in a sanitary condition at all times, Mow and trim overgrowth and weed all areas. Replace any mulched areas, Ms. Springer presented the case. The Notice of Violation was sent June 18, 2009. This case came before the Board on March 17, 2010 and no one appeared. The compliance date set by the Board was April 16, 2010 or a fine of $250 per day. The property came into compliance on September 28, 2010 for 164 days of non-compliance. LIEN MODIFICATION THIS CAUSE came before the City of Boynton Beach Code Compliance Magistrate on the Respondent's application for lien reduction on May 21, 2014, pursuant to Chapter Two, Article Five of the City Code of Ordinances. In the event that the property owner does not comply with the Magistrate's order, as approved or modified by the City Commission, within ninety (90) days of Commission's action, the Lien Reduction Order shall be of no further force or effect, and the original lien shall remain on the property.
