Ms. Springer presented the case. The Notice of Violation was sent on September 29, 2011. This case came before the Board on December 21, 2011 and no one appeared, The compliance date set by the Board was December 31, 2011 or a fine of $200 per day. This case was in compliance on July 9, 2013 for 555 days of non-compliance. The total amount of the lien is $111,000 with administrative costs of $634.12, Cyndi Michie of Nautica Realty stated it was registered in June 2013 and the overgrowth violation was handled at the same time. Decision Based on the testimony of the City and of the Respondent, Ms. Ellis approved the lien reduction to $2,500 plus administrative costs of $634,12 for a total cost of $3,134.12. Remove trash and debris from property. Maintain dumpsters in a sanitary condition at all times. Mow and trim overgrowth and weed all areas. Replace any mulched areas, Ms. Springer presented the case. The Notice of Violation was sent June 18, 2009. This case came before the Board on March 17, 2010 and no one appeared, The compliance date set by the Board was April 16, 2010 or a fine of $250 per day. The property came into compliance on September 28, 2010 for 164 days of non-compliance. The total amount of the lien is $41,000 and the administrative fees of $11,018.24. Ms. Springer was contacted at the end of 2013 by Mr. Chackman's attorney who was made aware of what needed to be done to bring the property into compliance. The property is now in compliance and eligible for lien reduction. Edgar Bennis, Attorney for Chackman Motels and Leonard Chackman, thanked Ms. Springer for all her help and effort to help get the property into compliance. Mr. Bennis stated his client has done what was asked of him to beautify the area at a cost of over $20,000. Mr. Chackman is refinancing three properties including this one. Remove debris from gutters. Ensure all plumbing fixtures are performing to code. Ms. Springer presented the case. The Notice of Violation was sent March 15, 2010. This case came before the Board on May 19, 2010 and no one appeared. The compliance date set by the Board was June 18, 2010 or a fine of $250 per day. The property came into compliance on May 6, 2014 for 1,417 days of non-compliance. The total amount of the lien is $354,250 and the administrative fees of $634.12.
