A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE .wlAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CiTY OF BOYNTON BEACH AND
COCA COLA BOTTLING COMPANY OF RIVIERA
BEACH, FLORIDA, WHICH AGREEMENT IS
ATTACHED HERETO AS EXHIBIT "A"; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Coca Cola Bottling Company of Riviera Beach,
Florida has agreed to provide a NEVCO outdoor scoreboard to
the City of Boynton Beach, for the exclusive license, right
and privilege to sell and provide all soft drink products at
the ballfield concession stand located at Ezell Hester
Community Center; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida, upon recommendation of staff, deems it to be
in the best interests of the citizens and residents of the
City of Boynton Beach to enter into an Agreement with Coca
Cola Bottling Company of Riviera Beach, Florida.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA THAT:
Section i. The City Commission of the City of Boynton
Beach hereby authorizes and directs the Mayor and City Clerk
to execute an Agreement between the City of Boynton Beach and
Coca Cola Bottling Company of Riviera Beach, Florida to
provide a NEVCO outdoor scoreboard to the City of Boynton
Beach, for the exclusive license, right and privilege to sell
and provide all soft drink products at the batlfield
concession stand located at Ezell Hester Community Center,
said Agreement being attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect
immediately upon passage.

SCOREBOARD AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT between COCA COLA BOTTLING COMPANY OF RIVIERA
BEACH, FLORIDA, (hereinafter referred to as "COCA COLA") and the
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH RECREATION AND PARK DEPARTMENT (hereinafter
referred to as "CITY"). This AGREEMENT is in addition to any
existing AGREEMENT between COCA COLA and the CITY.
In consideration of the mutual covenants herein, the receipt
and sufficiency of which are acknowledged, the parties do agree as
follows: COCA COLA agrees to provide the CITY with an outdoor
NEVCO scoreboard as described on "Exhibit A" attached hereto and
made a part hereof. The installation, maintenance, repair and
replacement of the scoreboard are the sole responsibility of the
CITY.
The CITY grants COCA COLA the exclusive license, right and
privilege to sell and provide all soft drink products and allied
brands and juices ("Products") used in the ballfield concession
stand located at Ezell Hester Community Center. COCA COLA will
provide these products and a cooler for their storage to be housed
inside this concession stand, and the CITY shall not sell or
dispense from this concession any other soft drink product, syrups,
allied brands and juices, other than th6se of COCA COLA for the
term of this AGREEMENT.
The term of this AGREEMENT shall be for three (3) years
commencing on September 30, 1993.
