14-013 1 ORDINANCE NO. 14- 013 2 3 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, 4 FLORIDA, REGARDING THE APPLICATION OF RON ROAN 5 OF HIGH RIDGE HOUSING, LLC., TO REZONE A PARCEL OF 6 LAND LOCATED ON THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF HIGH 7 RIDGE ROAD AND MINER ROAD, AS MORE FULLY 8 DESCRIBED HEREIN, FROM PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT 9 (PUD) WITH MASTER PLAN FOR 110 SINGLE FAMILY 10 HOMES TO PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) WITH 11' MASTER PLAN FOR 184 APARTMENTS, IMAGINE CHARTER 121 SCHOOL AND ATHLETIC FIELDS; PROVIDING FOR 13 ! CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE. 14 15 WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida has 16 adopted a Revised Zoning Map for said City; and 17 WHEREAS, Ron Roan has filed a petition on behalf of the owners, High Ridge 18 Housing, LLC., to rezone a parcel of land more particularly described hereinafter; and 19 WHEREAS, the City Commission, following required notice, conducted a public 20 hearing to consider the rezoning and heard testimony and received evidence which the 21 Commission finds supports a rezoning for the property hereinafter described; and 22 WHEREAS, the City Commission finds that the proposed rezoning is consistent with 23 the Land Use described in the City's Comprehensive Plan; and 24 WHEREAS, the City Commission deems it in the best interests of the inhabitants of 25 said City to amend the aforesaid Revised Zoning Map as hereinafter set forth. 26 , NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF 27 THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT: 28 Section 1.
