CaII to Order — Tom Kaiser, Chairman Chair Kaiser called the meeting to Order at approximately 10 a.m. II. Pledge of Allegiance — All Hands The members recited the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. III. Invocation — Designated Chair Kaiser gave the invocation. III. Roll Call of Members Roll call established a quorum was present. IV. Agenda Approval There were no changes made to the agenda and the agenda was accepted. V. Approval of Minutes — November 12, 2014 There were no changes made to the minutes and the minutes were accepted. Old Business A. Veterans Memorial Park Events Anniversary of the Battle of the Bulge, January 25, 2015 at 12 noon, wreath laying A press release for the Battle of the Bulge 70 Anniversary of Victory was distributed which Chair Kaiser reviewed. Brigadier General Albin F. Irzyk would be present and the press was invited. He anticipated the event would be well attended. ii. Four Chaplains Memorial Services, February 1, 2015, 2:00 p.m. Chair Kaiser distributed a press release regarding Memorial Services for the Four Chaplains which he also reviewed. B. Boynton Beach Memorial Park Memorial Day Observance, Sunday May 24, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. Would Chair Kaiser advised flags flabe placed on the graves of veterans and volunteers were ✓ needed. This is normally done the Friday before the event. IX New Business None. X. Benediction, Moment of Silent Prayer Chair Kaiser gave the Benediction. XI. Next Board Meeting — Wednesday, March 11, 2015 at 10 a.m. XII.
