gerald E~i~eeri~g Co., Inc. based on thei~ low bid of $1760. Councilma~
Michael moved tha~ the award be made in accordance with the recommenda-
tion o~ the tabu~atin~ ~o~mittee. Motion seconded by vice Mmyor Summers
and unanimously ca~i~d.
Approval of
The City F~nage~ presented a bill ~om William Q. Hays and M.J.Robinson
ConstTu~tiO~ Company on the fi~e house construction in the amount
$14~$69.2I~
iie~ ~o date b~ing satisfied and the City Manager suggested that the
check be given to the City Attorney to be delivered upon his approval.
Motion seconded'by Councilman Nylund and unanimously ca~ied.

~ayor ~allo brought the Council u9 to date on what b~d been done to
lessen the hazard at subject intereection and a lengthy discussion en-
sued. Count7 COmmissioner George WarTen was present and stated that
fac County planned to place "Rumble stTips~' on Congress immediately.
Councilman Michael made a motion to go ahead and procure a signalization
lot this intersection as rapidly as possible at the lowest price avail-
