The mayor called to order a special meeting of the council to consider
the following items:
1. Resolution 68-I establishing Board of Trustees~
Employees' Pension Plan.
2. Resolution 6~-~agreement with State Road Department
r& Second Ave. North.
A, Consider request of Caldos Development
Corporation re services of Master Planner.
Resolution 68-I establishing Boaz~ o~ T~ustees~ Employees' Pens%o~ Plan.
The City Attorney read Resolution 68-I in its entirety. M~. Gallo
moved that Ordinance 68-I be adopted as read. Motion seconded by
M~. Summers and carried urk3nimously-
Resolution 68-J agreement with State Road Department re Second .Ave. Nort~
M~o Moore read Resolution 68-J authorizing signatumes in connection with
the execution of ail doc%~ents ~equired by the Florida State Road Depart~
ment, M~, Gallo moved that Reso%ution 68-J be adopted as read. Motion
seconded by ~. Collins and carmied unanimously,
Consider request of Caldos Development Corp. re services of Mastem
planner. .
Mayor Michael asked ~or ciarifieation on v~ether or not Gerald Dake~
planner employed by the City~ should be authorized to make a land use
study for Caldos Development with the development corporation paying
the fee.
The Ci~ Attorney advised that it should be definitely understood that
the recommendation of the master planner was in no way binding to the
City Council; also recommended that Caldos Development Corporation
place the estimated ~ee of $1~000.00 in escmow, ~. Gallo moved that
aletter be sent to subject development corporation in accordance with
the attorney's recommendations. Motion seconded by M~. Collins and
unanimously carried.
