EF EcTi BE IT O~DAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEAC~I, FLORIDA: Section 1: Thai Seclions 6(A)(5), 6(B){5), 6(C)(5) and 6(D)(5} of Appendix A, ZONING REGULATIONS, of lhe Codified Ordinsames of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, are hereby repealed in their entirety. Section 2: That the portion of section 8(A)(3) of ~ppeadix A, ZONING TIONS, of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, which presenl[y reads as follows: "Section 8. M-1 industrial dislrict regulations and use provisions. A. M-1 industrial disiricl. 3.
