BE IT O~DAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BOYNTON BEAC~I, FLORIDA:
Section 1: Thai Seclions 6(A)(5), 6(B){5), 6(C)(5) and 6(D)(5} of
Appendix A, ZONING REGULATIONS, of lhe Codified Ordinsames of the City
of Boynton Beach, Florida, are hereby repealed in their entirety.
Section 2: That the portion of section 8(A)(3) of ~ppeadix A, ZONING
TIONS, of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, which presenl[y reads as follows:
"Section 8. M-1 industrial dislrict regulations and use provisions.
A. M-1 industrial disiricl.
3. Building and site regulations:
Note: Where lots abut a residential area, the corresponding side
and/oS rea~ setback shall be a minimum of 30 feet; and planting
for an evergreen hedge or a uniformly colored masonry wall 6 feet

the Codified Ordinances of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida; is hereby
amended so as to add the following subparagraph thereto:
"Section 4. Genera[ provisions.
L. Where a commercial and/or industrial district abuts a
residentia[ disirict or residential use, a-solid masonry wait

quired side and/or rear yards, except with respect to corner

to codify and incorporate this Ordinance in the City's existing Code.
Section 5: _Separabiiity: Each of the provisions of this Ordinance is
separable, including ~word, clause, phrase or sentence, and if any portion
thereof shaii be declared invalid, the remaining portion khal[ not be affected
but shah remain:in full force and effect.
