A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, ADOPTING
THE ROBERT'S RULES OF ORDER NEWLY REVISED
AS OFFICIAL RULES OF ORDER; AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach deems it
3 be in the best interests of the citizens and residents of the City to adopt certain
rulesof order for conducting City business.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida
does hereby adopt the Robert's Rules of Order Newly Revised, as the Official
Rules of Order for Conducting City Business.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
ADOPTING A ROTATING ROLL CALL
PROCEDURE FOR VOTING;, AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE..
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach deems it to be in
the best interests of the citizens and residents of the City to adopt a rotating roll call
procedure for voting purposes:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSI

Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida does hereby
adopt a rotating roll call procedure as follows: The roll call voting procedure for the Mayor
and City CommisSioners shall be a rotating roll call that on each subsequent mil call the
name flint, called on. the previous, roll call shall rotate to the end of the roll call li~ and the
roll call hst otherwise remmning in the same order.
