Mr. Yannuzz! presented the case. Notice of violation was August 27, 2015. Code
compliance hearing date was October 21, 2015, and William Overfelt appeared. The
code compliance date was October 31, 2015, or $200 a day. Date of compliance was
February 2, 2016, or 93 days of non-compliance at $200 a day for a total lien of
$18,600, plus administrative costs of $634.12.
John Clark, property manager, said he does not oversee this home but filling in for the
property manager who is on vacation. Looking at the history, he has no objection to
what was stated, but has no idea what went wrong and apologizes to Court. Me. Ellis
asked how much has been spent an repairs, Mr. Clark estimated $2,000. Property Is
currently rented.
Based on the testimony, Ms. Ellis reduced the lien tor plus administrative costs
of $634.12.
