He further stated on the trailer park they ~re discussing not too long ago, they do not have any such ordinance Lu the city and council should take into consideration ~ther they ~nt .to annex a piece of property that ~n~.g.ht be turned o one of three th~ugs. Also, when they say condiminium they do not say whether it is going to be one story high or fifteen stories ih~sh, and the same th~ about a cooperative apartment. H~ said he felt to~ bro~d, and that it should be studied and narrowed down so that when they do annex it, they do not bind themselves to some unknown factor or condition to the man they annex the land from that ~he~ have .Onoe .t.hey it, hould e ctly ne coum~i wan~s ~o do ~th the land so that they know v~at they are getting, so to speak. ~Lr. ~Lichael related it ~m~s his understanding on this that neither one of these hav.$ been sent to the planning and Zoning Board .for their ~co .n~.nd~at?ns, and he would like to have this done particularly with .ne s~ipula~ions thzt are in it for annexation, and that either we give them what' they want or they do not war~ i~ He further Stated he felt council shou~ he very capful as this'is Very e~hsiVe property on that side of the waterway, and it abuts next to ~exi~ting p~.pe~ty that is in other munic to be very care~ on the type of zoning we allow, a~s ' in the neighboring cities in this , and he fel~ · it r~ally should be §iven been given to it'. when they annex a liabilities for servi¢ serVice, etc., ia to ou~ best adavantage or is ~oing. Michael asked .for further clarification aS to v~at th~e~ wanted from the Electrical Board in regard to this job, the ~qualtfications the man must have for electricai work or wha~ ~s the idea on this. Mr. Carnahan stated they do have this board set up and established and as they are mu integral part of this city, he felt with the ordinances they h~ve, this particular classificatio~ could be conflicting with some of their ordinances. Therefor% he would welcome any sUggestions they ~might have to go ~ong with this and to get their views, as he f~l~ ~urei they were more e~ipped to answer these qUestinna than he wa~ and felt it ~as ~oe~s~ry to consult expert~ in this ~e. ld~ to :~termine wha~ :claSsification this man should hay% or q~alities he i~ould ~have ~ perform work in the city.
