"Sway Fun Ss all"
2017 Stainless steel and natural rock
"Sensory experiences: textured stone stimulates touch,
polished steel allows interaction with reflections."
The Sway Fun play equipment is nestled in a 44.5' long
curved wall and provides the all ability rider with the sensation
of motion as if they were on a boat in the water. The wall at its
highest point is 44" h, tapers down to 34 inches at each end
and frames the Sway Fun feature. Natural looking multi -
textured stone and polished stainless steel panels will be
installed on the wall's surface. This public art wall will allow
the viewer to interact with their reflection, seeing themselves
in many facets whether on or off the Sway Fun play
equipment. The protruding rough rock sections combined with
the smooth stainless sections provide sensory textures that
visitors of all disabilities can experience and enhances the
Parks' fish camp theme.
