IONA -ITA, :77 nngr�n[=nw fe wvo IONA -ITA, :77 nngr�n[=nw fe wvo Housing Rehabilitation Activities The City has spent over a half million Federal dollars, supplemented with over four [4] million dollars of State funding. • Lead -Based paint testing and abatement • Removal of Architectural Barriers • Housing rehabilitation for homeowners of single- family, detached houses located within the City limits of Boynton Beach Public Facilities & Improvements • This includes the acquisition, installation, construction and rehabilitation of infrastructure [e.g., water/sewer lines, streets, and sidewalks] • The acquisition, construction or rehabilitation of neighborhood facilities and facilities for persons with special needs [e.g., homeless shelters, group homes and halfway houses] Public Services • Health care and substance abuse services — $208,369 for domestic abuse/bullying prevention programs for the City's youth — $647,881 in emergency services to include a food bank, shelter, mortgage/rent assistance, utility bills, medication and transportation assistance.
