City manager be instructed to notify them [hat~ if arrangements a~e not mede
to pay the bills, .$~.ter e~v~e to ~he property $ould be terminated in ~
fifteen days~ and shat this procedure be used in the future on all accounts

Sanitary ease= Inspection Policy
Discussion ~as held regarding the policy to be foltoeed in the inspection
o? the sanitary ae~ers to be installed. The Council had at first felt that the
City Engineer ~ou!d be mede =emponsible for the inspections ~i~h authority to
hire t~o extra mens hoeever, since being info,mad by Russell & Axon that under
these circumstances they sound not assume responsibility ?o~ the installation,
e change of policy ~ae bain9 considered. A?te= dieoueeion~ mro Banks moved
that the inspections of the sanitary ee~er system be the p~imary =esponsibiltty
o? Russell & Axon and that the eo=k be carried on es it has been in othe= ember
