SU~RS~ COUNCILMAN This special meeting was called to order by Mayor Banks at 9:~O a.mo to consider Resolution 6~YY designating Boynton Beach First National Bank as an additional depository for municipal funds. Mayor Banks read the resolution. Mr. Madsen moved that Reso- lution 6$-YY be adopted as read. Mr, Mahoney seconded the motion and same was unanimously carried° The request of the Civitan Club of Delray Beach to sell Ctaxton fruit cake in the City December ~rd and possibly December l~th w~s approved. Mr. Mahoney brought to the attention of the Council that garbage cans were not being tagged in accordance with the City ordi- nances. Mr. Kain was asked to follow through on same adminis- tratively. Mr. Sommers and Mr. Archie requested that Mayor Banks send a letter to the County Commission urging early action on the S.
