The Mayor called the meeting to order at 7:38 p.m. The
Rev. Harry NeSmith of St~. John's Methodist Church gave the invo-
cation, The Salute to the Flag was led by Ben_ny Gundlack, Boy
Scout of Troop 395.

Mr, Mahoney moved the approval of minutes as written of
July ~, 198~, Mr, Madsen seconded. Motion carried 4-0, Mayor

Mr. Moore read the Ordinance for the second reading by cap-
tion only, The rezoning was affected in accordauce with para-
graph 31~ S~ection 8 of the Municipal Code of Ordinances, zoning
the property C-1 with conditional use for trailer sales. Mr.Archie
moved the adoptio= of O~dinance 64-12 on second and. final reading,
~Ar. Summers seconded. Carried unanimously.
