Harry~efo~t addressed several remarks to the Council and the Cit~ager, which expressed his dissatisfaction with the way inwhich~ Oity business was run. ~Lvs. Stewart, 1Ol~ N. E. ~nd Ct., asked the Council if they were net setting a p~ecedent in giving severence pay to the City Nanage~. ~he was assured ~y Nayor Banks that no precedent was being set; that the City N~uager would ~eceive the vacation pay he had coming and a~y other g~atuities that t~hey saw fit to give him.
